Pick and pack
Pick and pack is not just grabbing something dropping it on a pallet, shipping case or envelope, it's getting the right product in or on the appropriate shipping mechanism. Worley's WAREPAK/400 Warehouse Management System (WMS) has the capacity to allocate product based on your specifications associate customer information, placards, UCC 128 bar coding, packing lists, and product shipment verification.
Labeling, polybagging & collating
Labeling is a way to customize your product, correct packaging nomenclature and event or promotion customization. We understand labeling and the importance of having your label in exactly the right place, every single time. Co-packing complimentary products of events or promotions is also a great way to improve visibility of complimentary products for expanded market share and shelf or aisle way utilization.
Return goods processing & Rework
Worley has significant experience recouping product which may have been damaged in transit or reworking a customized promotion to saleable consumer units.
