Pick and Pack
Worley's operating protocol guides the execution of every Pick and Pack order. Worley's WAREPAK/400 Warehouse Management System (WMS) directs order picking personnel and verifies product and volume in real time to ensure the order requirements are met every time. Specific customer identification or labeling will be applied as appropriate, whether UCC128 or promotional placard, packing list with client logo or Advance Shipping Notice (ASN), Worley performs these actions everyday.
Labeling, polybagging & collating
Labeling is a way to customize your product, correct packaging nomenclature and event or promotion customization. We understand labeling and the importance of having your label in exactly the right place, every single time. Co-packing complimentary products for events or promotions is also a great way to improve visibility of complimentary products for expanded market share and shelf or aisle way utilization.
Return goods processing & Rework
Worley has significant experience recouping product which may have been damaged in transit or reworking a customized promotion to saleable consumer units. You go to great lengths to produce products and make them available to your customer base. In the event sales don't meet projections, the reworking of this product will help produce a positive commercial outcome versus the other obvious unwanted outcome.
